What is myAXA?
Our new online tool, myAXA, provides a comprehensive and personalised view of your retirement investments with AXA, including current balances updated daily and transaction data. If you have an AXA KiwiSaver Scheme, AXA Personal Superannuation, AXA Business Superannuation or State Sector Retirement Savings Scheme (ASPIRE) with AXA, we invite you to use myAXA.

We are focused on providing you with a personalised experience with instant access to information about your investments. With a single login and easy-to-use features, myAXA is an effective and up-to-date tool that is significantly more advanced than eAXA, our current online customer solution. Benefits include:

- Data about your retirement savings is updated daily
- A single username and password for all your retirement savings accounts
- Access to change your own usernames and passwords online
- Easily searchable and downloadable transaction history
- Quick and easy online registration
Getting started is easy
If you’re new to myAXA, you can register now. If you need any assistance with the registration process, contact our customer service team on 0800 292 728.
If you’re already a myAXA user, you can login here.
If you’re an eAXA user, we invite you to use our new and improved retirement savings tool myAXA, which is replacing eAXA. You will use your current eAXA username to register for myAXA. Simply complete the password reset process and you’ll be ready to use myAXA. If you need any assistance with the registration process, contact our customer service team on 0800 ASK AXA. Important: If your eAXA username previously had a space in it, this has now been replaced with a "." (ie Sam Brown becomes Sam.Brown).
